Jack's Interesting Bubble Wand

During the long weekend Jack made a very interesting bubble wand out of a cloth and an old drink bottle. Thank you for sharing it with us Jack.

Things you will need:

dye
dishwashing liquid
water
paper
pen
plastic cup
straw

1.  Put a little bit of dishwashing liquid in the cup.
2.  Then you put some water and dye in the cup.
3.  Then you put one straw in the cup.
4.  Blow a little bit through the straw.
5.  Write you name on the piece of paper.
6.  Then put the piece of paper on top of the cup.
7.  Take the piece of paper off.
8.  Look at the front of the piece of paper.

Room 3 had a great time during our Scooter Skills training session today.
Some of the things we learnt were
* how to check our helmets
* how to check our scooters are set at the right height
* how to STOP safely, three different ways
* being visible
* how to pass a pedestrian safely and politely
* dangers on the footpaths
* sneaky driveways

Easter Bunny Visits Room 3

Kiahn brought the easter bunny to Room 3. It has pink eyes. It was shivering because it was nervous about meeting all the kids.

Growing Your Own Name

Thomas and Finn had to follow a procedure so that they can grow their name in mung beans.
